Come to our office or have us meet you at your project address. Tell us what you want to achieve and find out more about the work SHIFT CAPITAL does. Whether you have plans or haven’t started yet – we’ll help you figure out the next step.
STEP 2: DESIGN AND PLAN YOUR PROJECT
Have a design or plan already? We can move on to step 3. If you have no design then let us introduce you to a design team who can help you develop your ideas.
STEP 3: PRE-CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT
Our pre-construction agreement confirms we’ll take the next step together. There can be considerable time needed to collect information that may impact the project, things like working with a designer on zoning, utilities, restrictions, and other factors that could influence the project.
STEP 4: PROJECT ESTIMATE
With completed design/architectural plans we can develop a detailed project estimate. At this point we know what you want to accomplish and we work the budget to fit your needs.
STEP 5: CONTRACT SIGNING AND PROJECT PLANNING
Once we’ve decided to work together we confirm the budget and sign off the contract. Now the work can start. Communication throughout the project is key to a great project. We monitor the budget and schedule and keep you informed every step of the way.
STEP 6: PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND CONSTRUCTION
We’ll establish the project manager for the job and make that introduction. No matter where you are, you can keep up to date on the progress of your project.
STEP 7: HAND OVER AND POST CONSTRUCTION
We stand behind our workmanship, but we’ll never leave you – we’re a phone call away. And we pride ourselves on our long term relationships with our customers.
